When will my parcel be dispatched?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and the item to be shipped. Please ensure you have entered your delivery address correctly as we will not be held responsible for missing or undelivered parcels resulting from data entry errors.  

Delivery Estimate is an approximate guide only. We will not be accountable for late deliveries, damage or loss relating to late deliveries, nor liable for any late deliveries or loss caused by third-party delivery companies. 

 

How will I know when my parcel is dispatched?

When dispatched you will receive an email notification confirming your item has now shipped. The email will contain a tracking number in which to track your parcel. You can track your parcel here: Australia Post Tracking.

 

Will I incur Customs duties?

For International shipments any duties payable will be at the expense of the buyer. Prices listed on our online store do not include international duties. Check with your Customs office for any duties that may be payable.

 

What currency is displayed at Checkout for International orders?

For International orders the price displayed at Checkout is in Australian Dollars. You will be charged in Australian Dollars.

 

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Bank Deposit and Afterpay. Please note - Afterpay is available to Australian customers only.

 

How long will my order be reserved if paying via Bank Deposit?

We will reserve your order for 5 business days from the date of purchase. If payment is not received in our bank account within this timeframe, we will cancel your order. Please contact us at equiries@thespiritofboho.com if you would like to request more time to make payment.
