What items can be exchanged?
We do not offer exchange on items unless the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your item to: Parcel Collect 10125 35006, Reservoir South LPO, 669 Plenty Rd, RESERVOIR Melbourne Victoria AU 3073. If the item is damaged for reasons not due to our error (i.e. damaged through postal service whilst in transit to you) it cannot be exchanged.
What items can be returned for a refund?
If you wish to return an item in exchange for a refund it must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
What items are not returnable?
Sales items and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Are there any charges for return?
There is no charge for a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do I need to complete a Customs declaration form?
For International returns you must complete a Customs declaration form and attach it to your parcel. This can be obtained from your local post office. If unsure please contact your local post office for assistance. Please note that we are not liable for undelivered items due to missing or incomplete Customs forms.
How do I return?
To initiate a return click on Returns Center and enter your order number and email address in the fields on the screen and click Find My Order. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
If you are an Australian customer, you will be issued with a return shipping label to attach to your parcel when your return is approved.
If you used the Bank Deposit method to pay for your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com to arrange your return.
We currently do not offer return shipping labels for International orders. If you are an International customer you are responsible for return shipping charges at this time. We strongly advise that you use registered post to track your parcel as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
